China Pavilion Hosts Cocktail Reception of “Audio-Visual China” at MIP London 2025
On February 25th, a unique cultural interaction was taking place at the Savoy Hotel on the banks of the River Thames in London. As one of the series of activities of the “China Pavilion” at MIP London 2025, the “Audio-Visual China” in London launch reception attracted the attention of the guests.
The reception opened with a screening of the international version of China's audiovisual works, focusing on dozens of China's audiovisual masterpieces, covering documentaries, TV dramas, variety shows, animation, Golden Panda Awards and other categories of works matrix.
The reception featured the Intangible Cultural Heritage - Purple Sand Tea Ceremony and a British Cocktail Party, a cultural collision between the traditional tea ceremony and modern bartending, a perfect fusion of Chinese and foreign creative industries.
The cute panda dolls interacted with the guests at the cocktail party and took photos at the “China Pavilion” wall, which drew laughter and pushed the atmosphere of the event to a climax.
The reception attracted more than 200 industry representatives from all over the world, and vividly demonstrated the unique charm and profound heritage of Chinese traditional culture through the display of Chinese audio-visual excellence and the interactive experience of intangible cultural heritage.
