I/Organization commit to the following for the copyright and content of the work authorized to be entered in the 2024 International Short Video Competition:

1. Guarantee the right and authorization to agree to this commitment and to perform the corresponding obligations, and ensure that participation in this activity does not conflict with the rights of other parties.
2. Guarantee that the authorized works have all rights and interests such as complete and independent copyrights, copyrights, linking rights, information network dissemination rights and sublicenses, and agree to exhibit and broadcast them free of charge during the activity period.
3. Guarantee that the copyrights and contents of all authorized works do not violate laws and regulations, do not infringe the copyrights and other legal rights of any third party, and assume full legal responsibility for any disputes or rights disputes arising from the content or rights defects of the authorized works.
4. Ensure that all the information related to the authorized works and the author's information is true and effective.
5. Agree that the organizer can use the video and post-processing technology for relevant media broadcasting and public service promotion.
