The 17th CICAF was held between 29th September to 4th October 2021 in Hangzhou, China. CICAF is the only state-level professional cartoon and animation festival of its kind in China, sponsored by the National Radio and Television Administration，China Media roup and The People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, also co-organized by Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, Zhejiang Radio and Television Bureau, and Zhejiang Radio & TV Group.CICAF is a comprehensive carnival-like festival with the main venue of 80,000 square meters, including B2B and B2C and is mainly composed by 5 major parts: expo, forums, business, competitions and events, such as Industry Exposition, Core Forum, iABC, “Golden Monkey King” Awards Competition, C.A.K.E Talks, Film Screening and Float Parade, etc.
