One is to worry about the people in high places, and to worry about the nation in a remote corner. HE Fangzhi, who lost his father at a young age, gains special skills after years of training, and sets out to seek revenge. From the mutton soup shop on the northwest borderline that experienced a massacre 13 years ago to Linqing in Shandong Province to Mount Cuifeng in Zhejiang Province, HE Fangzhi travels across the nation and does thorough investigations in an attempt to find who was behind his father's death. On his path of revenge, HE Fangzhi starts to feel that his opponents are mostly faithful people who are trying desperately to protect the ringleader.
