Films must deal with local issues/stories/culture/emotions, etc.

Films must be completed by January 2022 or later.

Filmmakers must be enrolled in school or have graduated within two years.

All entries are eligible to compete for the Seagulls Selection Award for short documentaries and short features, selected by the organizing committee of the Seagulls Film Festival.

5 short documentaries and 5 short feature films in the Seagulls Selection are eligible.

Online screenings will be organized by Seagulls Screening Room on May 12th and 13th, with Q&A sessions between the directors and the audience;
