China Pavilion at Asia TV Forum & Market 2024

On December 4, Singapore local time, the 25th Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) officially kicked off. Guided by the Information Office of the State Council and the National Radio and Television Administration, organized by Shanghai Media Group, and undertaken by WingsMedia has set up “China Pavilion” in ATF for 14 consecutive years.

 

During the opening ceremony, the ATF Organizing Committee expressed special thanks to the Chinese organizers and exhibitors, and Yeh Chien Ee, President of RX Global Asia Pacific, welcomed the China Pavilion and looked forward to establishing ties with more Chinese audiovisual organizations and media platforms to bring more diversified and exciting Chinese stories to Asian audiences.

This year's China Pavilion has a total area of 204 square meters, with 20 exhibiting organizations and more than 100 people in total. These organizations brought 135 works to the booth, including 53 TV dramas, 20 movies, 28 animations, 17 variety shows and 17 documentaries.

 

This year, for the first time, the China Pavilion set up a large screen at the entrance of the booth to display and disseminate China's outstanding audiovisual works, cyclically broadcasting a total of 27 audiovisual works of the participating companies that are the latest, hottest, and the most valuable for international cooperation and dissemination, including 9 TV dramas, 5 documentaries, 3 variety shows, and 10 animation works.

 

As representatives of China's most influential international film and television festivals and exhibitions, Shanghai TV Festival and Golden Panda Awards also participated in the China Pavilion of the ATF and showed their elaborate promotional videos on the big screen of the booth.

The rich and diversified Chinese content attracted the attention of many overseas buyers, platforms and distributors, who stopped by the China Joint Booth to have in-depth communication and exchanges with Chinese exhibitors.
